When my buddy Scott S. came in he came with me to the Muscle Factory for my final arm workout before I start my carb depletion and we got some great pics! I was completely wiped out and didn't expect to get anything worth while, but I let him take pics anyway. I'm glad I did!!! He along with his bad ass camera got some great shots. Getting detail that most camera's and photographers would miss. Here is one of them. I'll get more up tomorrow time for cardio.Thanks Scott and Muscle Factory!!!
