Well I don't know how many of you are going to be lookin on here now that Nationals are over but I plan to keep posting here to keep you updated and to get used to writing. No it's not going to help my spelling any I gave up on that years ago so just sound it out and I'm sure you'll figure out what I'm trien to get at.
So I had to be at the airport at 5:00am on Monday which ment I had to be up at 4:00am, but that is 3:00 our time here in SA. Got back to town Jessica picked me up at the airport when home had a shake and got ready to go to the gym (YES I WENT TO THE GYM!!). Knowing that this week some time I would be doing a shoot for Geared Up I had to get back in the routine ASAP. Actually had a good workout.
We nailed down the shoot for tomorrow morning so hopfully we'll get some different shots and some good video clips for the website. I'll post what I can when I can.
