Ok I'm sittin here alone at IHOP just finished eatin so I can now tell you a what happened.
It was a very tough class you can see pics on www.rxmuscle.com & www.musculardevelopment.com to see. I was about the lightest guy in the class (182 lbs) top of the class is 198. Top make it to the night show Sat you must place in the top 15. There were about 40 in my class. I was in the shape of my life but being the smallest made me not a factor so the show is over for me. As soon as I know what my place was I will let you know.
So now it's back to the drawing board. I will be goin to the gym here to start pushin for 2010! I don't want to let this get me down so new goals are set.
I have a photo shoot set up for tomorrow & maybe one Sun. Once I get back to town I will be doing more shoots for Geared Up as well as training vidieos for the new Geared Up web site. So after a bit of wallowing in negativity tonight it's time to focus on the improvment! Thanks everyone for all your support! Keep checkin back as I plan to keep up with this atleast through the shoots & training videos.

I am sure you held your own. Going by the pictures of your competitors it looked like you belonged on stage next to them. Head up, move on, kick ass in 2010.
